Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment warehouse. As a result, delivery times may be longer than domestic UK shipments.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
In some cases, products from a single order may be shipped in separate packages. This does not affect the shipping costs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays.
At Elvean, you pay no shipping costs. Every order is delivered to your home free of charge, regardless of the size of the parcel or the number of items.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can easily track your parcel via our website. Click HERE to track your order. (The tracking information will become active as soon as the carrier has scanned the parcel.)
You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return via the original payment method used for the purchase.
