Shipping

Processing time is usually 1 working day and delivery time is on average 7-14 days.

In some cases, products from a single order may be shipped in separate packages. This does not affect the shipping costs.

At Elvean, you pay no shipping costs. Every order is delivered to your home free of charge, regardless of the size of the parcel or the number of items.

Within a few days of placing your order, you can easily track your parcel via our website. Click HERE to track your order. (The tracking information will become active as soon as the carrier has scanned the parcel.)

Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without giving any reason.

  • Please note: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
  • We recommend always using a tracking code when returning items. This prevents loss during transport.
  • The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess it.
  • All parts and any accessories must be included.
  • The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.

Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return package via the original payment method.
