You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without giving any reason. For returns, please contact us at Info@elvean.co.uk within 30 days of the delivery of your order to initiate your return.

Return costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Returns are processed through our EU returns partner in the Netherlands. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request.
Conditions for returns:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess it.
- All parts and any accessories must be included.
- The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.
Refund:
- We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
- If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a full refund, a replacement or a return at our expense within 7 days to the original payment method.
Cancellation of order:
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. Once shipped, customers may cancel by returning items in accordance with our return policy.
