Return costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  
• Returns are processed through our EU returns partner in the Netherlands. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request.

• All parts and any accessories must be included.
• The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.
